To apply for a shared ownership home, you will need to undergo a financial assessment. This is to gauge if you are likely to qualify for one of these homes and to help you understand what share you could buy. To undergo the financial assessment, click on the link HERE which will take you to The Mortgage People website where you can "Get an assessment" online. They will then provide us with the results of the assessment. As long everything has gone well, we can then make arrangements with you to view*.
