How does it work?

The purchase price advertised quotes a 25% share offered on a shared ownership basis. This is based on an open market valuation of £187,500 for a two bedroom mid-terrace home and rent is payable on the balance not purchased. You don’t have to limit your purchase to 25% - you can own up to 75% of a shared ownership property initially and purchase additional shares up to 80% in total.
