About The Property

County Town Homes (the developer) has trusted expertise behind it and collaborates with construction firm Partner on this development. County Town Homes are a local company, committed to creating high-quality homes in Staffordshire and Shropshire.

Part owning your home can be cheaper than renting and is an excellent way to take that step onto the property ladder.

**Shared Ownership enables you to part buy what is affordable to you and pay rent on the remainder. The rent is 2.75% and is subsidised.

The example above suggests a 40% share, but you are not limited to that at purchase, you can buy more now or later. Under Government guidelines, you must purchase the maximum share you can afford (up to 75% in the first instance).

T: 03333 214 044

To apply for a shared ownership home, you will need to undergo a financial assessment. This is to gauge if you are likely to qualify for one of these homes and to help you understand what share you could afford to buy. To undergo the financial assessment, click on the link HERE which will take you to The Mortgage People's website where you can "Get an assessment" online. They will then provide us with the results of the assessment. As long everything has gone well, we can then take you through the remaining few steps to secure the property.
