Diary entry seven

Today I moved into my own home! It feels so good to finally be a homeowner. My monthly mortgage payments are £304.69. On top of this I pay £418.38 in rent for the portion of the property I don’t own as well, which includes a £24 a month service charge. It’s really affordable.
