The houses in Penkridge became available today and as I already had everything prepared and ready to go, my mortgage broker was able to send over my information to Severn Homes straight away, telling them that I’m interested! 

Shared Ownership homes are available on a first come, first serve basis – some of them get multiple applications, so I’d encourage you to have all your evidence prepared and ready to go once the properties become available to maximise your chance of success.
