Diary entry five

Woohoo! My application with Severn Homes was successful and today I secured the property I wanted with a £250 reservation fee that will be taken off my 10 per cent deposit of £5,700.  

I'm buying a 25 per cent share of the property for £56,500. The rest of the property is owned by Homes Plus.  

I secured the end-of-terrace property and I can’t wait to move in! I’m going to contact my solicitor to get them working on the legal side of things. Everything is starting to feel very real now!
