If your application has been successful, you will move to the offer stage. At this stage, you have the opportunity to view the property you’re interested in (or property plans, if yet to be completed).
We will then formally write to you offering you the property. You will be required to pay a £250 reservation fee* to secure your chosen plot. You will also need to provide us with your solicitor or licenced conveyancers contact details.
*The reservation fee comes with a 7 day cooling off period, if you change your mind within this time you will receive a full refund. Outside the cooling off period, the reservation fee will be retained to meet our legal and administrative costs.
